Student accommodation for 395 residents in the centre of Reading. Replaces the existing Yell building.

New primary school to replace existing local schools.

University of Birmingham, New Sports Centre

New state-of-the-art sports centre for the use of the University and local community. Includes a multi-sport hall, range of activity and fitness studios, extensive gym, and Birmingham's only 50m swimming pool.

Project Fitzroy, Northampton (Fitzroy House)

New mental health facility for young people, supported by St Andrew's Healthcare. This is the largest facility of it's kind in Europe.

New 11,000sqm 'Super School' for 3-19 year olds. Ceredigion County Council's largest ever construction project.

Phase 2, Bristol

Four storey building housing cellular pathology, neuropathology, genetics, microbiology, and Public Health England pathology services. Approximately 5000m2 of floor area.

Energy Safety Research Institute to enable the university to develop the quality and scale of it's engineering research in the areas of Energy and Safety. Approximately 3800m2 of floor area.

New seven floor office block to be used by the Admiral Group, located in the centre of Newport adjacent to the railway station.

Large six storey high office block located in Bristol for the health insurance company Simply Health.

New factory and offices for the luxuary fashion brand Mulberry in Bridgwater.

Phase 2 is currently underway for the refurbishment of Trowbridge County Hall.
After the successful installation of phase 1, Global Vent has now taken on the management, supply, and installation on the second phase of the project's ventilation systems.
